Vince started in the gemstone trade in 1984 working for E A Thomson Gems Ltd. Here he developed his love of fine gemstones whilst studying for The Gemmological Association’s Fellowship Diploma, which he was awarded in 1985.
He was trained as a buyer and after 6 years moved on to work as Production Manager for a respected jewellery manufacturer. After 11 years in this role he decided it would be more creative to be designing and manufacturing his own range of jewellery.
Fine coloured gemstones and diamonds are selected and then mounted in designs that best complement them. We only work in platinum and 18ct gold, and all mounts are produced to the most exacting standards. All our jewellery is made here in the UK. Our gemstones are always ethically sourced, and we will not buy diffused or coated stones (beryllium diffused; lattice diffused). We enjoy working with the more unusual coloured gems, and many of these now come with laboratory reports – often un-heated in the case of corundum.
